Craft Beverage Services primarily provides digital documentation and consultancy services. However, from time to time we may also supply specialist equipment or sourced products as part of our service offering.

This policy applies only to physical goods shipped to customers.

We currently ship within mainland United Kingdom only. Orders outside this region are not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Order Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the nature of the equipment ordered.

Certain items may require sourcing from specialist suppliers before dispatch. As a result:

  • Processing times may take up to 30 days

  • In rare cases processing may exceed 30 days

Customers with time-sensitive requirements are encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm expected lead times.

4. Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered using third-party courier services selected by Craft Beverage Services or our fulfilment partners.

Shipping providers may vary depending on the size, value, and nature of the item being delivered.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, item size, and courier rates.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier’s operational schedule. Craft Beverage Services is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
