1. Overview

This Refund & Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which Craft Beverage Services may provide refunds or accept returns.

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, refunds are limited and governed by the conditions outlined below.

2. Digital Documents

Craft Beverage Services supplies digital documentation intended for business use.

Digital documents are:

  • delivered electronically

  • licensed for single user use

  • provided alongside required disclaimers and licence agreements

Digital documents are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Consultancy Services

Consultation services, advisory services, and consultancy packages are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

If a consultation session must be rescheduled, customers should contact us as early as possible to arrange a mutually convenient alternative.

4. Document Delivery Requirements

Before receiving digital documentation, customers may be required to agree to mandatory documentation including:

  • a Single User Licence Agreement

  • a Non-Legal Advice Disclaimer

Documents will not be delivered until these agreements have been signed or accepted.

5. Physical Products

Where physical equipment or goods are sold, the following return conditions apply.

Customers have 14 days from delivery to notify us of an issue.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is:

  • faulty

  • damaged

  • or not as described

Craft Beverage Services will arrange a return and cover the associated return shipping costs.

Where appropriate we will offer:

  • a replacement

  • repair

  • or refund

7. Returns for Change of Mind

Craft Beverage Services does not accept returns for change of mind, unless this has been specifically agreed in writing as part of the original sales agreement.

Where a return for change of mind has been agreed:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • the item must be returned unused and in original condition

  • photographs if the item is faulty or damaged

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
